Domestic Shipping

Key Cat offers all types of shipping through UPS, Fed Ex, DHL and USPS, from Next Day Air to Ground Shipping.

Note: UPS, Fed Ex & DHL do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Tracking Your Order

We will provide you with a  tracking number so you can you track your order.

Shipping Policy

All merchandise is shipped FOB point of dock. The seller accepts no responsibility for the item after it leaves the point of origin dock.  All freight claims will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.  All merchandise should be inspected at the time of delivery and noted on the carriers bill of laden should damage be found.

Please inspect contents package upon receipt of goods to ensure the correct item has been received and no damage has occurred during shipment.  Claims for hidden damage will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Orders are usually shipped within three (3) business days after receipt of payment has been processed.  We cannot guarantee shipping times but will strive to provide fast and efficient shipment of your items.

The seller does not accept responsibility for package performance or damaged merchandise after it leaves the point of origin dock.

Returns Policy

All merchandise is sold AS IS.  All merchandise is new and guaranteed to be free from manufacturer's defects.  In the event of an error in order fulfillment on the part of Key Cat please notify us immediately and we will correct the error at our expense.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  THERE ARE NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS.

Under certain circumstances, The SELLER may approve a return, a cancellation or a refund.  A restocking fee of 30% of the original sell price will apply as well as total shipping cost for the return items.

Any concerns must be submitted to the seller by email or fax within 7 days from receipt of the item.
